What areas of Cincinnati do you serve?
We work throughout Cincinnati and the surrounding neighborhoods, including Hyde Park, Indian Hill, Oakley, Madeira, Blue Ash, Amberley, Deer Park, Silverton, Madisonville, Anderson, Reading, and Downtown. If your neighborhood is not on that list, call us and we will tell you whether we can get a truck to you.
Do you offer emergency service?
Our office is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and we run emergency service outside those hours. If water is backing up or coming through a ceiling, call us rather than booking online so we can get someone moving.
Are your plumbers licensed and insured?
Yes. Halpin Plumbing is licensed, bonded, and insured. We hold Ohio master plumber license #17758 and Kentucky license #7980, and we are members of PHCC, QSC, CMPA, EO, and the BBB.
Do you handle the digging yourselves?
We do. Excavation runs out of our own shop with our own crew and equipment, so a drain job that turns into a sewer replacement does not get handed off to somebody else.
Will you show me what is wrong before you fix it?
Yes. For drain and sewer work we run a camera down the line and show you the footage. You see what we see, then we walk through the options and the price before any work starts.
How much does a service call cost?
We quote up front, so you see the price before any work starts. Most general service calls land between $400 and $700 depending on what we find.
Do you offer financing on larger jobs?
Yes. We offer financing through Kemba, plus one-year and three-year memberships. Every install and repair carries a warranty, with the length depending on the work.
Do you have any current offers?
Yes. We offer $45 off any drain cleaning and $25 off any repair or service. Mention the offer when you book. Offers cannot be combined. See our coupons page for details.
