Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assisting plumber, excavator or maintenance technicians on job sites.

Hours/Pay:
Monday – Friday, 7:45 am to 4:30; on-call 1 out of every 4 weeks
Pay based on experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assemble pipe sections, tubing, and fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment
- Cut openings in structures to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings, using hand and power tools
- Repair and maintain plumbing, replacing defective washers, replacing or mending broken pipes, and opening clogged drains
- Install underground storm, sanitary, and water piping systems and extend piping to connect fixtures and plumbing to these systems
- Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks
- Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers and water heaters, and fixtures such as sinks and toilets, using hand and power tools
Competencies:
- Able to install equipment, machines, wiring, or programs to meet specifications
- Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
- Active Listening – Give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
Education/Experience/Physical Demands
- Over 2 years, up to and including 4 years experience
- Ability to lift 100 pounds
- Stand, walk, crouch, and kneel on a regular basis

Hours/Pay:
Monday – Friday, 7:45 am to 4:30; on-call 1 out of every 6 weeks
$65,000- $100,000+ annually based on skill set/experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Breaks concrete to prepare area for digging.
- Digs for sewer, water and gas line repair and new installation.
- Backfills holes and areas that have been serviced and grades, cleans, seeds and repairs the area.
- Removes old sewer lines for new system installation.
- Checks lines for proper flow prior to leaving work area.
- Obtains customer approvals for work.
- Maintains and fuels vehicle and stocks the service truck with adequate parts.
- Transports materials and tools to the job site and provides proper accounting of tools.
- Completes all required documentation on services and may collect/record fees for delivery to the office.
- Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area. Removes all debris from work area.
- Observes all safety and Company rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
Competencies:
- Commercial driver's license is preferred.
- Requires heavy equipment operator skills.
- Experience with high pressure jetter.
- Strong history in experience with sewer cleaning equipment and locator.
- Sewer lining experience preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Backhoe certification preferred.
- Pass a motor vehicle records check, drug screen, and background check.

General property maintenance including but not limited to grass cutting, painting, cleaning, general repairs, etc.

- Previous experience in similar or related field
- Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
